I have leased my Soul EV with them 2.5 years ago and having service for few times. Probably because they are a family owned business, everyone are so helpful and friendly. Specially their general manger Adam. Because my lease will be up soon, I have just signed a new leas with them for a 2020 Soul EV again. Return customers always their happy customers.

First time visiting plaza Kia and I would definitely highly recommend this location to any car buyers. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience as it was my first vehicle purchase. We ended up purchasing one new and one used vehicle with a great deal. Carl was the salesperson we dealt with, he is extremely nice and assisted in getting a good deal, not pushy like other car dealers. Thanks to Carl & his manager Dustin for their kindness and honesty with the whole process. No hidden costs, transparency at most. It was a pleasure dealing with Carl and his team, Thank you!

I have been going to Plaza Kia for a couple years now. Even though their location is farther now from where it used to be (Yonge & Steeles), I still go to this location to get my car serviced. I always expect to get excellent service so much so that I decided to purchase my second car here at this location. With the help from Carl and Allan, the process went off without a hitch and now I am enjoying my new car. Highly recommended!

I had very unpleasant experience yesterday morning trying to book my oil change appointment, because no one called me back from service department to book one and morning receptionist was rude and unprofessional, however when i called back again later that evening in hope to finally book my appointment i spoke with different receptionist, name Margaret and she saved the day and turned bad review to a good one. Margaret was very professional and understanding, offered her help right away and booked my appointment.This was a true example of a great customer service. Please pass my feedback to Margaret and her manager, and i think she should be an employee of the month because without her this review would be a 1* instead of 5*
